I provide a service when you need it, not when you don't
I can manage your HR, conduct workplace investigations, provide mediation, coaching, training and mentoring, contracts of employment and staff handbooks. I can be as involved as you wish me to be
I can support with the not so nice (when the employment relationship breaks down for example) and the really nice (recruitment, promotions)
I can manage your back office system, create policies to ensure consistency, extract data and prepare Board reports, KPI's and MI
Importantly you don't have to induct me, provide me with a contract or staff handbook, and neither do you have to work hard to keep me engaged. I engage myself!

about me
I have always worked within financial services, from large to small businesses, IFA's, Wealth Managers, both discretionary and non-discretionary.
I've previously been an Adviser, paraplanner and financial planning support and before founding smudge ifa support I spent 15+ years managing the operations & HR functions of local IFA and WM businesses and I have an excellent reputation.
I'm good at what I do because I have always done it and importantly because it doesn't feel like work.
My local community and my social responsibilities are very important to me - I volunteer at the NHS hospital on the Oncology day unit where I was a patient in 2018. I live in a small village in Norfolk where community is everything.
smudge ifa support is named after my daughter (smudge is her nickname - she used to be tiny!). She is now on the Pentathlon GB talent pathway with a sports scholarship in Somerset. #proud
